You are too busy for breakfast? Often been very sleepy for removing contact lenses? This may sound trivial. But if it becomes a habit, can be very harmful to your health.

Avoid the following four bad habits that can be very dangerous for health, as quoted by Prevention.com

1. Remove your contact lenses while sleeping
Leaving the contact lens to remain attached during sleep could impede the flow of oxygen to the cornea. Though oxygen is vital to maintain corneal health.

"When you close your eyes for hours while sleeping while wearing contact lenses, it's even worse," said Thomas L. Steinemann, MD, a professor of ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University.

A study of 557 contact lens wearers in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that the probability of developing bacterial infections, because the use of contact lenses at bedtime is 1 in 2,500.

2. No clean makeup before bed
Leaving makeup stick to the face while sleeping, will trigger the growth of blackheads, pimples and even severe skin inflammation. While the eye makeup was not immediately cleaned up can irritate the eyes and cause excruciating pain due to corneal abrasion. So make sure you always clean the makeup before bed.

3. Always wear stilettos
The body does look taller, walking became more robust and feet seem more level when you're wearing stilettos. But high heel shoes not to wear every day. Do not let your foot bones have serious problems later in life. Occasional wear flat shoes or wedges model (right thick) to make the foot rest.

4. Nail Biting
Have a very harmful habit of nail biting. Not only make your nails look bad, but can also simplify your contracting the disease. When biting nails, would be very easy on the nails attached bacteria in the mouth and then swallowed.
